Activium’s Customer Care course focuses on the model of Customer Service Excellence, introducing participants to the principles of information, timeliness, professionalism and attitude. A particular focus is the process of self-assessment as a means of establishing strengths as well as areas for development for everyone in the organisation; placing emphasis on the importance of individuals as part of the whole team.
