Activium’s Interviewing Skills course will introduce you to the finer skills of interviewing for selection, performance appraisal or discipline. It focuses on developing your own personal style as an interviewer as well as creating a structure for your interviews to make them more manageable, and to make sure you achieve a successful outcome.
The course is interactive and engaging and will give all participants an opportunity to practice the skills they have learnt on real candidates. On completion of the course participants will be able to interview with confidence and control.
