Activium’s Project Management course gives you the skills and knowledge needed to manage your team and tasks through every stage of the project life cycle. It focuses on goal setting, managing budgets, monitoring performance and building flexibility into your plans. It also introduces you to project management software and how it can be applied to your project. The course provides the underpinning knowledge as well as the hands-on skills required to successfully manage a project from start to finish.
As with all Activium courses participants will be given a comprehensive learning pack containing useful reference material and resources for use during and after the course.
