It can be daunting standing in front of a group of expectant trainees as the ‘expert’ trainer; the repsonsibility of ensuring your group takes on board all the key learning points as well as feeling they have had a positive and enriching experience is why being a trainer is such a challenging and rewarding profession. However no trainer can be expected to know everything and to have an everlasting supply of techniques or tricks up their sleeve.
Activium’s Train the Trainer course introduces both new and experienced trainers to engaging and dynamic methods and techniques of interacting with their trainees. At Activium we practice what we preach as all of our courses are interactive and fun, focusing on methods for enhancing learners’ motivation as well as new techniques for delivering your courses. It also covers areas such as how to recognise different types of learners and to adapt your style accordingly, also to deal with difficult situations and to get the very best out of you and your trainees.
As with all Activium courses you will be given a comprehensive learning pack containing useful reference material and resources for planning and running your own training sessions.
