Activium’s Working as a Team course has been created to introduce participants to the fundamentals of operating as part of a truly cohesive team. It explores the main sources of conflict in the workplace, and how to avoid them through effective communication. It also tells you how to identify each team member’s key strengths in order to maximise their potential as part of the team.
The course has been developed by Activium’s consultancy team based on their experience of working in the British Armed Forces, where loyalty, respect for others and commitment to the team are at the core of all activities. It is a powerful yet engaging and entertaining course.
